• Logistics: Your current physical international shipping address, which is required exclusively to invoice and mail your finalized hard-copy booklets securely via tracked express courier (DHL or FedEx).

• Authorization: A signed, verified, and localized bilingual Power of Attorney (POA) form.

2. How Your Data is Handled

• Zero Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, trade, or share your data with marketing networks, data brokers, or outside corporate entities.

• Direct Access Control: Your documentation is accessed strictly by our primary support office and the single, dedicated local field representative executing your physical submission runs in Shanghai.

3. Mandatory Data Destruction Policy

Unlike standard corporate agencies that store old passport data indefinitely, we enforce a strict data-purge protocol to keep your information safe:

• Digital Deletion: All high-resolution passport scans, historical visas, and document images are permanently and completely deleted from our secure digital drives exactly 30 days after your file delivery is completed (either via secure digital release or international courier dispatch).

• Physical Document Retention: Any temporary processing prints or photocopies utilized by our local representative at the Shanghai bureau desks are securely shredded on-site immediately following successful government intake. Please note that the physical, paper original of your verified Power of Attorney (POA) cannot be returned or destroyed by us, as it is legally mandated to remain permanently archived in the official records of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau.
