The Scan Package

Price: $449 AUD

Our standard base package. Most global visa offices and employers only require a high-resolution digital copy, saving you unnecessary international postage costs.

Booklet Add-On

Price: $449 AUD + At-Cost Courier Fee

Need the physical, wet-ink bound legal booklet? No problem. Once you inspect and approve your watermarked digital preview scan, we handle the entire logistics process to get your document home.

What's Included:

• Direct DHL Courier: Once your digital file is ready, we send you your final service balance along with the official DHL shipping quote for your global address.

• Simple Pass-Through Payment: You clear the balance and the exact quoted courier amount to us, and we handle the physical payment to DHL on the ground in Shanghai. Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your booklet leaves the counter.

Complexity Surcharge

Price: +$50 AUD

If our email review shows that you are missing historical residence data, lost an old passport held in China, or misplaced your paper temporary housing slips, your file requires an extensive tracking process. You will need to pay the standard deposit, plus $50 to get the process started.

Does your destination country require a Non-Hague Surcharge?

The country requesting your police certificate determines the legal processing pathway required inside China and whether you qualify for a ‘standard base package’ or whether you’ll need to pay a Non-Hague Surcharge.

• Standard Hague Apostille Convention Countries (No Extra Fee): If your certificate is for countries like the USA, Australia, UK, Canada, Spain, or Italy, they belong to the Hague Apostille Convention. Your base package payment of $449 AUD covers everything needed.

• Non-Hague Apostille Convention Countries (+$200 AUD Surcharge): If your certificate is for countries like the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, or Vietnam, they require full diplomatic "Chain Legalization." This means our ground team must complete two extra rounds of physical counter submissions in Shanghai in addition to the standard package: first to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and then to your destination country's local Consulate.

When and How You Pay the Non-Hague Surcharge

If your destination country requires this extra process, we keep the billing completely milestone-based:

• Step 1 & 2 (Base Deposit): You only pay the standard 50% launch deposit of $224.50 AUD to begin your application.

• The Surcharge Trigger: Once our ground team successfully retrieves, notarizes, and translates your raw Shanghai police check, we will send you a digital preview. Please note: This raw document cannot be legally used in non-Hague countries yet.

• Step 3 & 4 (The Surcharge Payment): To authorize the final two rounds of physical embassy submissions required to make your document legally valid, you clear the remaining balance of $224.50 AUD plus the $200 AUD Non-Hague Surcharge. Once we receive this payment, we will apply to the MFA and Consulate to make your document legally valid - we will send you the full scan (or hard copy if requested) as soon as it is ready.

    Free Eligibility Check

    Submit your case answers via our free eligibility questionnaire. We will personally review your details within 24 hours to confirm your eligibility and determine your exact pricing tier before any payment is requested.

    Clear Your Deposit

    Clear your initial 50% launch deposit via our secure Stripe payment link. This upfront payment officially locks in your processing slot and authorizes our Shanghai field team to begin drafting your application materials.

    Receive Onboarding Package

    Within 24 hours of payment, we email your onboarding package with your specialized step-by-step PDF guide attached. This email includes the link to your restricted, secure Google Drive folder. Inside this folder, you will find your personalized, bilingual Power of Attorney template. This is the same secure space you will use to upload all your required document scans for our team.

    Finalize Power Of Attorney & Complete Scans

    Print out your pre-filled POA template single-sided and sign it strictly in front of a local Notary Public. Follow your attached guide to secure your necessary government Apostille or embassy legalization seals. In the meantime, upload your crisp, high-resolution colour passport and visa scans directly into your secure folder so our team can start drafting your bureau applications.

    Express Courier to Shanghai

    Once our team reviews your uploaded digital POA scan and gives you the official green light, mail the physical, original wet-ink document straight to our secure Shanghai office. You must use a fully tracked express courier (like DHL or FedEx) at your own expense that strictly requires a physical signature upon delivery.

    Inspect Preview & Pay Remaining Balance

    Once we’ve received your POA in Shanghai we can submit your application. Once we’ve received the finalised police check, you can review your watermarked digital preview scan. Clear your remaining final balance to instantly unlock your crisp, unwatermarked high-resolution colour PDF. We will then arrange your tracked international shipping to your home if you need the physical booklet.
