Includes document pre-verification, in-person bureau filing, and all local Shanghai notary/translation fees. You receive a flawless, multi-page colour PDF scan directly to your inbox, and physical copies are securely shredded after 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE: This base fee does not include your home country’s notary public or legalization costs to process your Power of Attorney (POA) form, or the courier fee to mail that physical page to China.

Once you inspect and approve your digital scan, we will calculate the exact, real-time courier shipping cost (DHL/FedEx) to your global location. The moment this courier fee is cleared, our Shanghai runner will securely dispatch your official hard-copy documents to be delivered straight to your doorstep with tracking and absolutely zero agency markups.

If your case answers flag that you are missing historical residence data, lost an old passport held in China, or misplaced your paper temporary housing slips, our compliance track requires a specialized manual database lookup at the counters in the entry-exit bureau. This small flat fee covers the extra time and administrative legwork required to safely approve your file.
